last books of 2013!
Jan. 5th, 2014 02:38 pm35. Saga vol. 1 by Brian K. Vaughn: I've been wanting to read this forever. Mr.
jangrl gave it to me. Really good! Wonderful space opera with star crossed lovers in the midst of war. Best graphic novel I read this year.
36. Ocean at The End of The Lane by Neil Gaiman: A man visits his childhood home and neighbors trigger old memories that make him question his past and reality. A nice fairy tale about the battle between good and evil through a child's eyes.
37. Divergent by Veronica Roth: Dystopian future Chicago where upon their 16th birthday, the youth must choose which of the 5 factions they wish to belong. They represent 5 different virtues: selflessness, bravery, truth, knowledge, peace, and honesty. In the midst of Tris's test things start to go wrong and she finds out she's can't fit into one slot. She makes a choice and finally starts to live. Hi-jinx ensue.
I had a pretty good year with 37 books! I've already started in on 2014.
