I made a pizza last night that was so good, Rand almost cried.
The directions and ingrediant list are very vague because I never measure anything out unless I am baking.
Tear Jerking Pizza:
-TJ's herb cheesey bread (it looked like a boboli)
-TJ's marinara (tomotoey, basily, oniony - best jarred sauce!)
-spices: garlic powder, mrs. dash italian, pepper, tiny bit of msg
-shred some mozzerella (non fat kind)
-parmasian/romana mix cheese
-a little bleu cheese
-peppered salami
-cremini mushrooms
-slice some olives
-thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes
Cook some of the sauce with the spices. Spread it on the crust. Layer most of the cheeses. Make concentric circles with the salami. Layer on plenty of veggies. Sprinkle on the last bits of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or browned at 325 F.
Cool for a minute, so the cheese doesn't slide off when you cut it and serve.
